JET CITY AMPLIFICATION Launches American Custom Cabinets
Jet City Amplification announced a new range of guitar cabinets, custom-built in the USA. The new American Custom Cabinets are premium, hand-made, and fully-customizable in 1x12, 2x12 and 4x12 configurations.
“In a professional guitar rig, the speaker makes a significant difference in the tones available to the guitarist, and experienced players often have speaker preferences”, said Dan Gallagher, Sales and Operations at Jet City Amplification. “Our American Custom shop allows the guitarist to not only choose the best speaker for their tone, but also the colors and materials”.
Estimated street prices: $449.99 JCA12C - $649.99 JCA24C - $899.99 JCA48C
All custom order sales will be transacted through local and ecommerce retailers and can be drop-shipped directly to the customer. “We have developed a unique distribution strategy for the made-to-order side of our American Custom Cabinets business.” added Gallagher. “The cabinet can be customized directly on our website, after which the customer will enter their zip code, select a local dealer, and complete the commerce side of the transaction. The cabinet will ship from our custom shop directly to the customer or the retail store, and the local dealer will profit from and support the sale”.
Guitarists can choose from Celestion, Eminence, and Warehouse Guitar Speakers, along with a variety of coverings.
JET CITY AMPLIFICATION announces the upgraded JCA20HV.
Jet City Amplification announces a new refinement to its ever-popular JCA20H; the JCA20HV and companion cabinet, the JCA24SV.
“JCA20H has pretty much been our most-popular product since we launched it, and the company, just a couple years ago”, said Douglas White, Product Manager at Jet City Amplification. “And during this time, a lot of players told us they enjoy the JCA20H with Celestion Vintage 30s. So, Soldano decided to re-voice this model with V30s in mind. It’s a little bit cleaner, and just a bit darker, and he threw his famous depth circuit in there with a two-position switch”. And since this new version sounds different from the standard 20H, Jet City decided to give it a new look, with a white chassis, basket-weave grill, and chicken-head knobs. “Our buddies at MojoTone engineered a solid state effects loop for us, and we included the MicSim output as a bonus because it sounded so great on this amp”. concluded White. “This is a lot of amp for $399.99”.
Also announced is the companion 2x12 speaker cabinet. Loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s in a diagonal / vertical / slant configuration and matching grill at $499.99.
