Revitalized Metadox is composed of some powerhouse players from the New York metal scene and are poised for their re-emergence with a live appearance this Friday, April 5th at 9:15pm Eastern on WVOX's Metal Mayhem with hosts Matt O'Shaughnessy and Tony Gizzo on WVOX.com Worldwide and 1460 AM.
Metadox's past success is well documented sharing the stage with the likes of heavyweights Dragonforce, Kamelot, Moonspell, God Forbid, Between The Buried And Me, Epica as well as countless other groups in the New York tri-state area. Guitarist Frank Tosi is joined by bandmates Ronald Porcelli on bass, Mike Marrone on drums, Bob Neal on guitars and former Livesay vocalist and new to Metadox, singer Geoff Rose.
Metadox has begun pre-production recording for their upcoming debut album set to be released later in 2013. A warm up show is scheduled on Saturday, April 6th with Joe Stump and David Mercado at Fiddler's in Stamford, Connecticut. The band will also perform live on April 19th at Pagansfest IV's with TYR and more in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Metal Mayhem airs Wednesday from 7-9pm and Friday between 6-10pm and can be viewed live from the main studio on webcam at WVOX.com
