The Mighty Cash Cats will headline the event with their Tribute to Johnny Cash and June Carter show starting at 6 pm. Ventura was Johnny Cash's home for most of the 60's, where he lived on a hillside in the Ventura suburb of Casitas Springs. Cash's office - one he shared with his manager, Saul Holiff - was on Main St., right across from the Star Lounge. He wrote some his biggest hits while residing in Ventura. Please join us in celebrating the birthday of Ventura's own legendary 'Man in Black'.
