Saturday, June 21, 2014 - Whitaker Bank Ballpark in Lexington
Announcing the 11th Annual Give Into The Groove Music/Fashion/Art Extravaganza, taking place Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Whitaker Bank Ballpark, 207 Legends Lane, in Lexington. from 6-10 p.m. Admission to this all-ages fun fest is only $5 and it will become a donation to the charity of your choice!
"Give Into The Groove's mission is to show people how many ways there are to give back to one’s community”, according to ellee ven, GITG founder and President of Hot Sauce Records. "Because we believe in year-'round all-ages affordable philanthropy, we sponsor other events and community projects year-‘round that culminate with our annual blowout. The hope is, we will unleash artists of all ages and show how small efforts truly add up."
2014 GITG ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP, SPONSORS, AND CAUSES
This year's great entertainment line up features up-and-coming performers from the electronic dance music, pop, classical and hip-hop music genres, also there’ll be fashion, family fun games and art throughout. There’ll even be a full marching band.
Scheduled to perform are Cammie York, No Excuse, PRHBTN, The Rep Theatre, March Madness Marching Band, Blackbird Dance Theater, Lori Cheek, Paul O’Neill, Prodéje and ellee ven. Sponsors include Hot Sauce Records, Whitaker Bank Ballpark, Bamboozle, Pure Barre, Smiley Pete Publishing, tribeca trunk, Blue Grass Community Foundation, MSI Productions, Jonathan At Gratz Park and Know More Non Profits.
GITG supports the following causes: Dress For Success Lexington, East 7th Street Youth Program, Greenhouse 17, International Book Project, Kentucky YMCA, Lexington Humane Society, Lexington Philharmonic, Lexington Public Library, March Madness Marching Band, The Nest, The Plantory, and The Rep Theatre.
