Pioneering Christian hard rockers Stryper have returned to their rightful place in the rock hierarchy with the release of their brand new album, No More Hell To Pay - currently riding high at # 1 in the WVOX Official Top Ten - and this Friday, November 8th at 9:10pm EST, singer Michael Sweet will talk with Metal Mayhem host Matthew O'Shaughnessy about making the latest album, the ground-breaking group's 30th anniversary and more.
Says Michael Sweet, "No More Hell To Pay will surprise even the toughest critic!" For three decades, Stryper has devoted their lives to a global campaign of encouraging others through the gift of music. No More Hell To Pay, Stryper's eleventh studio album, showcases some of the bands boldest, strongest and heaviest material in their already heralded career.
"This is quite possibly our best record to date", comments Michael Sweet. "If you're a Stryper fan, the new album will make you proud to be one!," adds Sweet. It's another tremendous honor to have Michael Sweet return to WVOX as Stryper has always been an incredible staple of our Metal Mayhem New York playlist, comments host Matthew O'Shaughnessy.
